Port Pizza Bar 50th Anniversary at Carmine & Co.

The Port has seen more and more trendy eateries opening in the area over the past five years but one of the oldest and best establishments is -without a doubt- Port Pizza Bar. Since opening its doors in 1968 Carmines Restaurant has served not only Italian style pizzas but also a vast range of pasta and international foods to cater to the needs of their versatile diners. Head Chef Arman has been in the kitchen for 24 years and even Nonna Vicky still comes in to spoil her customers with home style Italian food - this truly is a family affair restaurant.

Port Pizza Bar recently threw a massive party to celebrate half a century in the art of traditional dining in the heart of Port Adelaide. Tempting Palates were lucky enough to join in the celebrations thanks to Grays PR.

Whether you were inside or outside there was something going on on every corner and every family member and friend was there to showcase what Carmine's do best - Food!

Even though there were lots of guests on the night we felt like we were part of the family! We left not only with full tummies but also feeling proud that Carmine & Co. is still going strong because of their outstanding quality and passion for food. Congratulations and here is to another 50 years!
