The decor is modern simplicity at its best using only black and white coloring with a touch of wood throughout the whole space. Bai Long (meaning: White Dragon) has something to offer everyone; whether it is a coffee or a freshly brewed tea along with a house-made muffin or one of delicious curry pies on the way to work, sit down breakfast, lunch or dinner or to simply to buy something from their store items - no one will leave disappointed.

All of the dishes were full of different flavours and textures and none of them were quite like anything we have ever had for breakfast before. The dishes are delicious, inventive and the presentation on another level. It is really hard to pick but our favourite savoury dish was the Roti Benedict - freshly baked, crispy roti topped with a miso infused eggplant and drizzled with a tom yum hollandaise sauce. If your mouth is not watering just reading this there is  something seriously wrong with you.

Our favourite sweet dish was the French Toast - watermelon infused with rosewater is such a delightful combination and paired with the brioche and maple fraiche was yet another amazing dish. And the presentation of it? Almost too gorgeous to touch.
